Position title: Storekeeper

Main responsibilities of the position
1. Receipt of purchase and supply goods:
Receive all goods for the hotel
Make available the LPO signed and dated for receipt of goods (goods without a purchase order is not received, unless it is informed on the HOD or sign a waiver).
Show a SAMPLE to the requester (head of department), if it is a new product to check the quality.
Count the quantity of goods in presence of KK security and sign «Good received" from Roca Golf Hotel and "waybill" from provider.
Storing goods or deliver to requester (eg: cooking).
Provide documents (good received, purchase order, bordereau d’expédition) to the assistant and make him sign the register for the reception.
Ps: If goods are purchased by the assistant, the only document to give him is good received
2. Supply of goods in stock
Receive all requisitions for the hotel (date, quantity)
Provide goods on requester if it is in stocks and signed « requisition »
Give to the Assistant the requisition with mentioning what your deliver and what to purchase
To get Assistant signature for reception of requisition
